Note: Prize payouts from OUTDOOR events are paid out as TwinCitiesGolf.com Store Credit that you can use for any product on TwinCitiesGolfStore.com. Winnings are deposited into your TCG store account as credits within 5 days following the event. Any credits you have in the store are automatically deducted at time of your purchase at check-out. Credits expire 16 months from date of issue. Winnings for INDOOR events are paid as cash and available for pickup at the location you played.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
For our weekly outdoor events, cancellations more than 24 hours receive full TwinCitiesGolfStore.com credit towards a future TCG event or a refund minus a 5% credit card processing/admin fee. Cancellations less than 24 hours or no shows are not refundable as we must guarantee the course player numbers the day before events. For multi-day destination events, a 7-day cancellation policy applies.
