HOW DOES IT WORK?
Step 1 - Pick a Course. 5 hosting sites to choose from.
Step 2 - Round up a fellow golfer that shares your same Ancestral Country of origin and register a team.
Step 3 - Play a Qualifying Round ANYTIME during the month of July at your host course.
Step 4 - Top 6 teams from the top 10 countries advance to the Medal Round weekend August 27-28, 2022. Each hosting course will host their own Medal Round championship.
During the month of July, form a 2-Person team with another golfer who shares your same country of Ancestral Heritage and play a Qualifying Round at a participating course. Format for Qualifying Rounds is 2-Person Team playing Best-Ball on the front 9 and Scramble on the back 9. The only requirement is that you play with another Golf Olympics qualifying team as a foursome (for score verification). You may play as many qualifying rounds in July as desired to improve your score.
The top 6 teams from the top 10 Countries (12 players per Country - 120 golfers total) will form a 12-person “Country” team to compete in the Medal Round the weekend of August 27 & 28, 2022 (Saturday & Sunday). The Medal Rounds on Saturday and Sunday will consist of four (4) 9-hole matches with Best-Ball, Alternate-Shot, Shamble and Scramble formats.
The Friday evening before the Medal Rounds, players will meet at your Host Course for a team pairings party and a Calcutta.
The top 3 teams earn medals (Gold, Silver, Bronze) and prize money payouts.
The cost to enter is $25 per team which includes prize pool, two (20) $10 2nd Swing tournament cards, and 2 drink tickets at the hosting course.

How Much Does It Cost?
- The team entry fee is $25 for the Qualifying Round
- The cost for the Medal Rounds at each hosting site is determined by the course (see below).
Wild Marsh GC - Medal Round cost is $55 per player includes golf, cart, lunch.
Emerald Greens GC - Medal Round cost is $55 per player includes golf, cart, lunch.
