Tee it up on Tuesday, July 4th at Southern Hills GC (Farmington, MN) for a course-hosted 4th of July “Red, White & Blue 6-6-6 Tournament“.
Format:
- Each golfer choose which 6 holes to play from RED tees, which 6 holes to play from WHITE tees, and which 6 holes to play from BLUE tees. This brings in unique strategy of whether to play for SKINS or overall low score.
- Stroke play
- Double bogey max rule (for pace of play)
- No handicaps used (Straight up play with placement payouts to 1st, 5th and 10th place)
Cost:
- No charge green fee for course members or PCC members. Pay for cart if taken.
- Non-members: $44pp for golf & cart
Prizes:
- On course contests (Longest Drive, Closest to Pins, Longest Putt) & Placement (1st = $90, 2nd = $60, 10th = $50, 15th = $30, 20th = $20) for proshop gift cards included with paid green fee.
- Optional $10 cash skins game (pay proshop at check-in).
Notes:
- Limited to 40 players.
- Must RSVP here on GroupLooper (see below links) to participate as spots are limited. Check in at least 15 minutes before tee time and pay proshop $10 cash if you’d like to be in on the Cash Skins game.
